- No User Account or Login Inside Games: We do not collect your personal information or require you to sign in to play the HTML5 games listed in our application.
- No In-App Payments: GameRamo is a free game portal. We do not collect, request, or process any payments, fees, or financial transactions of any kind.
- No Promotion of Illegal Apps/Games: GameRamo does not promote, endorse, or host any illegal, malicious, or harmful applications, games, or advertisements. All media and games are served by standard, compliant ad networks.
- Reporting Unusual/Inappropriate Ads: If you see any unusual, inappropriate, misleading, or offending advertisement or game on our platform, please contact us immediately at connect.nexit@gmail.com with a screenshot so we can instantly request its removal from our partners.
- Third-Party Liability: Our Service redirects users to external web pages, game portals (like GamePix, GameMonetize), and official mobile app stores. If you make any payment or transaction on any third-party website, game, or store, or if you incur any financial loss, data breach, or other harm on those external platforms, GameRamo is NOT responsible or liable under any circumstances. You interact with all third-party links entirely at your own risk.
1. Information Collection and Use
We do not collect any personally identifiable information from users playing the games. Unlike traditional apps, we do not require account sign-ins, email registrations, or phone profiles to load the games catalog.
- No Personal Data: We do not gather or store names, email addresses, phone numbers, or credit card details.
- Anonymous Usage Data: We may collect automatic diagnostic logs sent by your mobile operating system (such as device type, system version, and general error tracking) purely to optimize the app's performance and WebGL game compatibility.
- Local Storage: We use local device storage to remember your settings (like fullscreen or rotation preferences) and cache gameplay resources. This data remains on your local device and is never uploaded to our servers.

Our application hosts games framed from third-party HTML5 game networks and may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. 3. Store Redirections & Billing Disclaimer
When you click on games classified as App Store or Google Play Store redirections, our application immediately routes you to the official app store client using system triggers. GameRamo is not affiliated with, nor do we control the billing, payment flows, downloads, or security operations of these store applications. Any purchase you make or subscriptions you enter into after leaving our application are handled solely by the external store provider and the game developer.
4. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect or request personal information from children under the age of 13. Since we collect no personal data from any user regardless of age, our Service is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
5. Security of Device Session
Although we do not collect personal data, we take steps to ensure your local gameplay environment is secure. This includes cleaning WebGL rendering memory on canvas unmounts to prevent device memory exhaustion or browser crash states.
